User Data Deletion

Replora is committed to giving you full control over your data. This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and all associated data, and what happens when you do. This policy applies to all users of Replora, including clinics and therapists operating in India.

When you request account deletion, we permanently delete the following within 30 days:

• Account Information — Your name, email address, and login credentials
• Client & Patient Data — All client records, contact details, and session notes you entered
• WhatsApp Integration Data — Your connected WhatsApp number and all associated message logs
• Conversation History — All AI-handled and manual conversation threads within the platform
• Usage & Activity Logs — Platform usage data linked to your account
• Billing Information — Payment method details stored on our platform (note: payment processor records may be retained separately per their own policies)

In limited circumstances, we may retain certain data beyond the 30-day deletion window where required by law:

• Transaction records required for tax or financial compliance purposes — retained for the period required by applicable Indian law
• Records of any abuse reports or legal disputes involving your account
• Anonymised, aggregated usage data that cannot be linked back to you individually

We will not retain any personally identifiable data beyond what is strictly required by law.

You have two ways to delete your account:

• From your account settings — Go to Settings → Account → Delete Account. You will be asked to confirm. Deletion begins immediately after confirmation.
• Via email request — Send an email to replora.info@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and your registered email address. We will process your request within 7 business days.

Once a deletion request is confirmed:

• Immediate — Your account access is revoked and your data is no longer accessible through the platform
• Within 7 days — Your active data is removed from our primary databases
• Within 30 days — All remaining data, including backups, is permanently deleted

Once deletion is complete, data cannot be recovered. Please export any information you need before submitting a deletion request.

When you disconnect your WhatsApp integration or delete your account, we remove all stored message data and access tokens associated with your WhatsApp number from our platform. Please note that message history stored directly within WhatsApp or on Meta's infrastructure is governed by WhatsApp's own data policies and is not within our control to delete.

We use Supabase as our database infrastructure. Upon account deletion, your data is deleted from Supabase in accordance with our deletion timeline above.

If you have concerns about data held by any third-party processor, you may contact them directly using their published privacy and data deletion procedures.

Under applicable Indian data protection law, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. You also have the right to:

• Request a copy of all data we hold about you before deleting
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Withdraw consent for data processing without deleting your account
• Lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority
